UW – SAFS Summer Alaska Course

Aquatic Ecological Research in Alaska (AERA) Course Informational Meeting:

The AERA class (Fish 491) is currently offered every other year by the School of Aquatic and Fishery Sciences, and operates out of the School’s research field stations in southwestern Alaska from mid-July until the end of August.

The course provides opportunities for 6 undergraduate students to earn 12 credits and gain direct field and research experience, while living and working within the field station locations.  Participating students MUST also take 3 credits to finish their projects in Autumn Quarter, so students graduating in Summer 2010 are not eligible to participate.

Come find out how to apply and learn more details at the Informational Meeting!
